Bio:

Rox Creative uses colour, line and texture to create functional art for your home. Rox is a textile artist, designer, and maker in Winnipeg, Canada.

After an initial failed attempt, Rox gave quilting a second try during her recovery from breast cancer. She found her creative voice in her late 30's during one of the most difficult seasons of her life. A reminder that it is never too late or bad timing to find your passion. Rox designs and makes cushions and other home decor goods. But her first love will always be quilting.

About the “Interconnected” collection:

“Our outcomes are rooted in our thoughts. If we manage our thoughts then we can cultivate the outcomes we want. The model shows how these components are interconnected.

I chose a “skin tone” palette to reflect how humanity is also interconnected. When we work together with intention we can cultivate a more loving, inclusive, thriving world, community, person.

When you snuggle an Interconnected cushion the hope is that it will trigger this thought and you will be inspired with hope to cultivate the outcomes and world you really want.”
