The ‘regular‘ mattress is 5 inches thick (compressed wool). It can be placed over latex-cushioned slats or on bare wood slats. It contains 30% more wool batting than the skinny all-wool mattress, and offers slightly more give as a result. It can be paired with latex cushioned slats or a topper to add more softness to the sleeping surface.

The ‘skinny’ mattress is 4 inches thick (compressed wool). It can be used instead of the regular mattress, especially when used with additional layers such as the latex cushioned slats or an additional wool-filled mattress topper.
