The ‘regular‘ mattress is 5 inches thick (compressed wool). It can be placed over latex-cushioned slats or on bare wood slats. It contains 30% more wool batting than the skinny all-wool mattress, and offers slightly more give as a result. It can be paired with latex cushioned slats or a topper to add more softness to the sleeping surface.

The ‘skinny’ mattress is 4 inches thick (compressed wool). It contains 30% less wool fill than the regular mattress, making it more economical and less bulky. It can be used instead of the regular mattress, especially when used with additional layers such as the latex cushioned slats or an additional wool-filled mattress topper.
